Though the square footage may be less, our village homes are built with the same quality, integrity and style as our luxury homes. The Lodge

I’ve never had as many compliments from my trades on a house as I have had on The Lodge located in New Waverly, Texas. This design of 3,040 sf makes the best use of space throughout the house while offering amazing focal elements. Highlights include beautiful stone and brick exterior (photos coming soon) with curved cedar trusses in the gables, entry with stained front door and casings as well as a trimmed wainscot wall, living room with spectacular cathedral ceiling and large curved cedar trusses, open plan to kitchen and breakfast with custom cabinetry and incredible brick touches, and a huge open back porch providing incredible views.

The Montgomery

The Montgomery, a 4,200 square foot country style farmhouse in Montgomery, Texas, has the unique style of a pier and beam house without the added expense. The kitchen in this house would be the envy of a million dollar estate and offers plenty of space for large families and entertaining. A custom designed back patio with brick floors and fireplace makes the perfect outdoor living area.

The Bentwater

This quaint home is located in the beautiful Bentwater Yacht and Golf Club community in Willis, TX.  It is a 2,300 square foot brick and stone home with beautiful touches inside and out. Perfect for a growing family or an empty nest couple, this custom home from our village package was designed with attention to detail and comfort in mind.

The Hill

The Hill is built in Conroe, TX inside of River Plantation. Featuring 2,800 square feet the design is from our Village package, which has the appointments and attention to detail of a large estate, yet is still reasonably priced. This custom designed home has a barrel roof, entry porch and towering ceilings in the entertaining areas with multiple fireplaces and impressive ceiling treatments.

The Magnolia

The Magnolia is a 3,200 square foot home built in Montgomery, TX near Grimes County in Crown Ranch. Designed specifically for the clients wishes, the home highlights a cathedral ceiling accented with cedar beam treatments, an oversized kitchen and breakfast area with stain grade cabinets.  For enjoying the great outdoors, the home has ample covered front and back porches.  With an eye on future growth, the design of this house leaves room to grow with another 800 square feet available upstairs for future build out.

The Waverly

The Waverly was built in New Waverly, TX located in Walker County near the Sam Houston National Forest. This custom built village home is approximately 2,500 square feet on 17 acres. Defined by a huge kitchen island and a cathedral ceiling, the open room design accommodates social events beautifully, while over-sized windows show off the view. The Waverly is abundantly spacious and cozy at the same time.
